Types of Men’s Small Groups • for just beginning the process of growth as a man.
• for just checking out Jesus and the message of the Bible		 For a guy who has a relationship with God but he sees the need to get started in his pursuit of spiritual maturity For a guy who desires to build depth into his relationship with Jesus For the guy who is ready to assume leadership and responsibility for the spiritual growth of others
Curriculum Options One to One, Every Man, God’s Man Every Man God’s Man, Point Man, Tender Warrior, Men’s Fraternity Seven Marks of a Disciple, Just Walk Across the Room, How to Study the Bible and Enjoy It Spiritual Leadership, Holy Ambition
Typical Lifespan 3 Months – can be slower depending on needs of the group 6-9 months. Should always lead guys to the next step (easy to get stuck here) Up to 2 years 6-12 months, concurrent with his leadership in another ministry

Make up of Group Should be pretty close in age, stage of life Proximity of age and stage of life not as important, but a good place to start Common bond is a desire to grow deeper with Christ Men to be selected specifically for this group
